All regular weekly classes will be offered at the discounted rate of €10 for Yoga Mala attendees for the duration of the course.
A certificate of completion will be issued to those who complete all 40 hours of Yoga Mala.

Here at Samadhi Yoga studios we are always aiming to offer students more than just the physical asana aspect of yoga. Even if it is the physical aspect which initially draws people to yoga, after some time curiosity tends to build as to what is behind the physical asana, what are the depths to yoga? What sets yoga apart from other physical disciplines?
So we are offering students "Yoga Mala: the study and practice of Yoga". Mala is a Sanskrit word meaning garland. And that is what we intend to do with this course. To weave together all the different strands of yoga, presenting the garland of yoga.
Each weekend will consist of ten hours, Saturday and Sunday 10am to 4pm. We will be covering asana practice, mantra and pranayama, philosophy and basic anatomy. We are running this over 4 months, so that you can absorb the yoga teachings at length.
This course is a good foundation for those that might be interested in doing yoga teacher training, or those students who want to delve deeper into the practice.

3pm - 4pm How to master yoga inversions
10am - 11am Exploring Surya Namaskar

2pm - 3pm Yoga Philosophy
