I've been living in Ireland since 2011, and it's here that I was first introduced to yoga. My first “class” was an online video, which I decided to watch only out of curiosity, as I had been passing by yoga studios on my way to work every day. And I fell in love with it straight away! It quickly became my passion and I practised every time I had a chance.
After my first month of practising yoga 4 times a week in a studio, with the guidance of a teacher, I was amazed how much stronger and more energetic I became. It made me feel great and I came to really enjoy this new lifestyle.
I can safely say yoga has reshaped my attitude towards life, and I feel I'm a much healthier and happier person because of it. It's this life-changing experience I want to share with as many people as possible, which is one of my main motivations in becoming a yoga teacher. Influenced by strong Vinyasa flow and Ashtanga, I aim to build an awareness of body and mind in my students through physically challenging classes, and help them safely perform poses to the best of their ability with the correct alignment.
I completed my Yoga Teacher Training at Samadhi under the guidance of amazing professional and inspirational teachers, to whom I'll always be grateful.
