What is Beginners Vinyasa Yoga with Natalya Li?

Vinyasa Flow classes are strong and dynamic. You will be led through a sequence of poses with an emphasis on correct alignment of the body. Breath is used to guide the movement and to find ease in the poses. As a Somatic Educator, Natalya focuses on body awareness so that students could learn how to feel poses "from inside" enabling them to build a practice most suitable to their individual needs. You'll be encouraged to use all of your senses and learn how to trust your body.
This class is for more experienced students. Classes usually have a theme to take a deeper look at different aspects of yoga practice. A dynamic practice of strong Vinyasa sequences, deeper work in poses and introduction of more advanced poses. A great exploration class for those who want to challenge body and mind, deepen their yoga practice and develop a better body awareness.
