What is Sunday Vinyasa Yoga with Natalya Li?

A great class to unwind after a busy weekend and/or energise for the coming week.
A lovely Vinyasa practice, flowing and playful, strong but relaxed. Practice is individually modified according to the level of students to make it challenging but "stress-free" for everyone. It is suitable for all levels, but usually attended by practitioners with some experience.

Vinyasa Flow classes are strong and dynamic. You will be led through a sequence of poses with an emphasis on correct alignment of the body. Breath is used to guide the movement and to find ease in the poses. As a Somatic Educator,
Natalya focuses on body awareness so that students could learn how to feel poses "from inside" enabling them to build a practice most suitable to their individual needs. You'll be encouraged to use all of your senses and learn how to trust your body.
