Natalya focuses on body awareness so that students could learn how to feel poses "from inside" enabling them to build a practice most suitable to their individual needs. You'll be encouraged to use all of your senses and learn how to trust your body.
This class is all about basics: building up strength and flexibility as a foundation for a Vinyasa practice. The class mainly focuses on correct alignment in the poses to ensure a safe practice, as well as upper body strength, more efficient work of core muscles and opening of hips and legs.
