Yoga Teacher Training:

We have just announced that Samadhi will finally run teacher training, starting in October 2010. Full training info here.

Workshops:

We have lots of workshops coming up soon, and hope you can attend some. On the bank holiday weekend Kevin Durkin is guiding us through inversions and pranayama (breathing techniques), an area that rarely gets the exposure it deserves. On the same weekend we have internationally reknowned Matthew Sweeney teaching his own sequence of vinyasa yoga, called Chandra Krama.
7 - 8 August we are having a meditation weekend with Thanissara. Some of you will remember Thanissara from before, she led a meditation evening in aid of her Kuphuka Project, a South African Aids outreach, and this weekend is also a fundraiser for the same project.

Yoga weekends with Greg in 2010:

Greg has organized another trip to Inismor on the Aran islands, this will be our 8th trip! The dates are 26th - 29th August, and its already booked out. We have a waiting list, email to be put on it. Click here for full Inismor information.

There will be 2 more trips to the Burren yoga centre, September 10th - 12th, and November 5th - 7th.
