Greg teaches a monthly weeklong morning Iyengar yoga intensive. The next one is 6th - 10th February, 7.30-8.30am each morning, cost just €50. Come along to stretch, strengthen lengthen and wake up like never before!
Samadhi runs teacher training, the next course begins in October 2012.
