Yoga has brought such joy to my life that it seems only natural to want to share it with others. From the benefits of physical strength and flexibility to mental calm and awareness to spiritual discipline and development, I’m constantly surprised and fascinated by the ways in which the material and the invisible connect through these simple and sophisticated practises.

Certified on the Samadhi teacher training course, I’m interested in exploring the therapeutic effects of yoga as well as the ongoing adventure of inner discovery, especially the ways in which the elements we confront on the mat – fear, discomfort, effort, endurance, balance and peace – enhance our lives off the mat, providing a safe and structured path for exploring consciousness. It’s a great honour to work with the Samadhi team from whom I continue to learn.
