In my early twenties I would have tried out a few yoga classes but didn’t truly connect with the practice until my mid twenties when I decided that I was going to give yoga a real go. I paid for a monthly introduction pass and promised myself that I’ll give yoga a month’s trial and go from there. The yoga studio that I joined had various styles of yoga classes and I tried them all out & after a few vinyasa/ashtanga style classes I was hooked.

Ashtanga / Vinyasa Yoga felt more than just a workout but an instant calmness inside me. I started to become more aware of my breath both on & off the mat along with the acceptance of my body’s limits.

Over the years yoga has become a part of my everyday life and through this beautiful practice I have met so many wonderful people and friends.

In July 2012 I completed a one month 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training with “its yoga” Thailand, a series of postures based on a modification of the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga primary & intermediate series.

However it wasn’t until when I completed the Samadhi 250 hr Classical Teacher Training in July 2015 that I felt it was time to take that next step and become a teacher.

I know I will always be a student of the practice and I am so grateful for the loving wisdom my teachers have shared with me and for their forever support and guidance.

I am both excited and honored to have the opportunity to teach in Samadhi and I look forward to seeing you in my class.
