Life is a mysterious journey. The realm beyond life is, too. The territory of the Self may even be a mysterious domain. It's undeniable that mystery abounds!
Many of us live our lives as if we are in total control of its unfolding. We may cling strongly to expectations and be miserable when our expectations aren't unfulfilled. We may find life meaningless or unfulfilling because we don't acknowledge the mysterious realm which directs our earthbound experience.
We can be apprehensive of the unknown and opt for the familiar and seemingly safe options. Never-the-less, life will invariably present you with the unknown.
Relating to the unknown requires a special skill set. You must be strong, with nreves of steel. You must also possess grace and sensitivity. Intuition is the inner compass that connects you to your higher self, your magnetic north. It is the staff that you can lean on throughout your life's journey.
We'll utilize the tools of Kundalini Yoga to hone our capacity to embrace the mystery. We'll also engage in deep meditation and experience gong meditation as a means of deepening the relationship to the unknown.
What is Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini Yoga is often referred to as the ‘Yoga of Awareness’ because it is an avenue to self experience and expansion. The yoga practice integrates breathing techniques, active movement, held stretches, deep relaxation, meditation, mudra (hand positions), and mantra (meditation utilizing the repetition of sound).
The ancient techniques of Kundalini Yoga are prescriptive and uniquely specific in their application. Kundalini Yoga is kriya yoga. A kriya is comprised of a complete set of actions that will effectively adjust a certain aspect of your being. There are specific yoga practices which will, in turn, produce specific effects. Yoga to heal a broken heart, yoga to cleanse the liver, yoga to release childhood anger, yoga for overcoming depression, yoga for realigning the spine, yoga for building intuition, yoga for dealing with anxiety, yoga to experience the Infinite within you... you name it, Kundalini Yoga can provide you with a tool to help you embody it.
Kundalini Yoga is dynamic, fun and incredibly efficient. It is challenging yet obtainable for almost everyone.

Jai Kartar Kaur relocated to Ireland from California thriteen years ago. She is the senior Kundalini Yoga teacher in Ireland. She has experience in helping people deal with depression, stress, anxiety, bereavement, recovery from addiction, and physical rehabilitation from injury. Jai Kartar Kaur recognizes that our mental, emotional and physical challenges are an essential part of our spiritual growth. She has extensive experience guiding people along the yogic path toward their personal wellness and liberation.
Jai Kartar Kaur has played an integral role in growing the Irish Kundalini Yoga community and established the Kundalini Yoga Teacher’s Association of Ireland. She is a KRI (Kundalini Research Institute - Yoga Alliance recognized) Teacher Trainer. Jai Kartar Kaur founded the Well Within Yoga & Wellness Centre in Termonfeckin, County Louth. She teaches Kundalini Yoga classes, workshops and teacher training throughout Ireland.
