There are many wonderful ways to practice yoga; in this workshop we will bring the qualities of rejuvenation and introspection into the Asana practice. This restorative class is particularly helpful and healing in times of lower energy, injury, high stress, during menstruation, or simply for greater relaxation. This session has a therapeutic approach where we move through a slow & mindful Vinyasa very slow flow class where we will hold each pose within the sequence for longer periods. You will experience a deeply meditative practice, after which the mind will be very clear and still and the body soft and open.
