What is Mum and Baby Yoga?
Mum and Baby classes are a great way to regain your shape, strengthen,
tone and recondition the body following pregnancy. Classes provide
a nurturing space for both mum and baby to relax and bond together
and is also a great way to meet and interact with other mums in your
area.
Classes are suitable from 6 weeks after a normal delivery and 10
weeks following a c-section. Babies are welcome until active
crawling stage.
