Join us for a powerful workshop that will focus on throughout analysis of ranges of motion, self-care techniques using the Yoga Tune Up® balls and reconnection to the freedom buried inside of your body. You will be guided through self-massage programme designed to unwind painful injuries and rehabilitate your muscles from inside-out. You will be introduced to series of extraordinary deep exercises, which are designed to mobilize your shoulders and neck from every conceivable angle, strengthen and re-balance weak muscles, all while unlocking mobility and cultivating freedom in your breath.

Back pain strikes most people at some point in their lives, even yoga and fitness professionals. Correct spinal alignment involves multiple layers of coordinated core activity coupled with proper breathing mechanics. Become fluent in your spinal anatomy from the deep multifidus, psoas and diaphragm, to the more superficial latissimus and rectus abdominals. This workshop identifies spinal "blind spots," and reconditions them with new therapeutic moves from yoga, body therapy and self-massage. Learn to thoroughly prepare your spine from every conceivable angle. This approach will helps you to relieve physical pain and tension, promote circulation and enhance the overall function of your spine.
