yoga helps you touch your toes!
We are reaching out to our lovely yogi regulars, irregular-regulars and occasionals to join us for a Sangha (community) day and celebration of 10 years of Samadhi.

We invite you to:
Come along, and immerse yourself in a day of yoga. Dip your toes into a few different practices.

This is a day for our Samadhi regulars, past regulars and future regulars. Check us out, have a stretch, relax and enjoy yourself!

You are welcome to get involved, we would love help with food, the running of the day, or cleanup. Let us know if you want to be a Samadhi-er!

Sangha means community

Sangha is a Sanskrit word meaning "Spiritual Community." It is best known as one of the three pillars of Buddhist teachings and philosophy - The Buddha, The Dharma, The Sangha - the community of beings aware of the spiritual connection between all life. Your Sangha is your group of spiritually minded friends, who help support you in your practice, whatever that is. Having a Sangha is important, otherwise you may feel like you are rowing against the stream without a paddle!
